An idea of starting a journal came to our mind to do something valuable contribution for the development and investigation of research practices. And we feel that every teacher is considered a hidden scholar to bring their research practices, this journal would be a safe passage that supports investigation and research practices for upcoming scholars. To stand on this mission we need one platform where a smooth and genuine contributions with the cooperation of Intellectual academicians and researchers for making this journal success and spreading to the thrust areas of research to practitioners. Research has become a key area to counter future challenges and its expansion would transform the mankind into better society.

Chief Patron
Prof. G.Tulasi Rao, is at present Head, Department of Commerce and Management Studies, and Dean – CDC, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar University, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, India. He is having 26 years of teaching and research experience. He was awarded “The Best Teacher” award by the Government of Andhra Pradesh for the year 2012. He has visited number of Universities in India and abroad in connection with different academic programmes. He has published 50 research articles in reputed national and international journals. He authored four books which are the testimony of his scholarships. And also organized seminars and conferences and conducted workshops. He has undertaken six major and minor projects sponsored by UGC, AICTE and World Bank. And guided several Ph.D. and M.Phil. students. He is also Hon’ble member and interdepartmental resource person to the Government bodies and organizations.

N. Santosh Ranganath, Faculty in the Department of Commerce and Management Studies, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar University, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, India. He is having 11 years of teaching and research experience. Published about 40 national and international publications in the academic impact in various reputed journals. Doing research in knowledge based system practices. Qualified national and state level examination for lectureship conducted by UGC. His interested areas are Operations Research Practices, Quantitative Methods, Computer applications and Research methods and practices in the Management. Organized several workshops on Personality Development and Students Management Meet. At present in consultation of students’ career guidance and counseling in the University.

Vice-President
Dr. B.V. Raman Murthy, Faculty in the Department of English, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar University, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Having 18 years of teaching experience in tertiary and technical educational institutes. Published 6 national and international publications in reputed journals. At present working as a English Language Trainer to the Post Graduate students in the University. Interested areas are Language Acquisition, motivating valuable methods to communication skills and English language, Neuro-linguistics, and Pedagogy.

Executive Vice-President
Sampatirao Srinivasa Rao, Asst. Engineer, A.P. Eastern Power Distribution Co. Ltd. With his personal interest he upgraded his profile by adding the M.B.A. (Marketing & Human Resource Management) and M.Tech. (Control Systems) qualifications to his B.Tech education. He is the active member for various associations working for employee welfare and community service. He is having more than 12 years industrial experience also with his personal interest gained lot of research experience by writing articles in various news papers and magazines.
